Audit Log
Every change to an organization is recorded. Owners and admins read the trail under Audit log. Members never see it.
What is recorded
Section titled “What is recorded”Each entry holds who did it, what they did, what it affected, and when.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Organization | Created, settings updated, logo changed. |
| Membership | Role changed, member removed. |
| Invitation | Invited, accepted, declined, revoked. |
| Instance | Created, upgraded, deleted, opened, access granted or revoked, version pinned, authentication changed. |
| Billing | Checkout completed, resources changed, invoice issued, charged, paid, or failed, invoicing requested or approved. |
| Subscription | Status changed, escalated. |
Actions taken by the platform itself are recorded the same way, so an instance stopped by billing shows up alongside the changes your team made.
Filter and export
Section titled “Filter and export”Filter the trail by action to narrow it to one kind of change.
Export downloads the entries, as a CSV spreadsheet or as JSON. The export follows the filter you have applied and covers the whole trail, not just the page on screen.
