Subscription

A new organization starts on a 14-day trial with 2 apps and a 4 GB Compute Pool, so you can create an instance and experiment with Ricochet before setting up payment. To keep your apps running after the trial, open Billing and complete checkout. After the trial has ended, metered billing starts.

If the trial ends without a subscription, your instances are suspended. Nothing is deleted, and entering valid payment information restores them.

Failed payments

When a payment fails, your instances keep running, but you cannot create new ones. After 7 days they become read-only, and 14 days later they are suspended. An organization that stays suspended for another 14 days has its instances deleted.
