Payment Methods
Ricochet Cloud charges your organization once a month for the hours used. Statements are listed on the Billing page.
Card is the default. Each monthly statement is charged to the card on your subscription. Update the card and view your payment history through the customer portal link on the Billing page.
Invoice
Section titled “Invoice”You can request to pay by invoice on 30-day terms.

On the Billing page, request invoicing.

Enter your registered company name and a company website or public registry URL.

Submit the request.
